By accessing or using the Insurwise website (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Disclaimer & Privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Platform.

Insurwise is in a pre-launch phase. The Platform currently provides educational content and tools only. We do not solicit, sell, compare, or recommend insurance products at this stage.

Any future insurance distribution or advisory services will be governed by separate terms and will be offered only after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals, including from IRDAI where required.

The content, calculators, and risk assessments on the Platform are for general information and education only. They do not constitute financial, insurance, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You should consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional before making any financial or insurance decision. Insurwise is not liable for decisions made based on information from the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to:

• —Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• —Submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• —Use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our permission.
• —Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

When you submit a blog or story, you confirm that the content is your original work (or that you have the right to submit it) and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

All submissions are reviewed by our team. We may approve, edit for clarity, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion. Approved posts are published under the name you provide.

By submitting content, you grant Insurwise a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and promote that content on the Platform and related channels, with attribution to you as the author.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and tools, is owned by or licensed to Insurwise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and links do not imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurwise and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or reliance on its content.

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date above.
